The Barn at The Crane Estate, A Venue with Unique and Romantic Charm

The Barn at The Crane Estate is a unique and historic Italianate Barn. Characterized by warm terra-cotta walls, a post and beam interior, wood floors, and a mossy green tiled roof, the barn exudes a timeless charm. The combination of classic elements and rustic details provides a backdrop that effortlessly blends the old-world with the contemporary.

Italianate barns became popular in agricultural communities during the 19th century, and their distinctive features set them apart from other barn styles. Today, these barns are often sought after for weddings and events due to their unique and romantic charm, making them a perfect choice for couples looking for a venue with historical and aesthetic significance.

Enjoy these stunning images of The Barn’s interior, captured by Lindsey Mae Photography.  Rainy weather brought all the day’s events indoors, and The Barn’s exceptionally warm and inviting space proved to be a perfect place to say, “I do.”

A Summer Wedding at The Great House

E & K had a beautiful day for their mid-summer wedding.  Unobscured views of the Atlantic Ocean, strolls throughout our formal gardens, and precious moments in the Great House and under the sailcloth tent.

The Great House at The Crane Estate, Erin & Alex

The Crane Estate is abound with beautiful vignettes for wedding photos you won’t forget.  Perched along the Atlantic Ocean, you’ll swoon over the views during a ceremony on the Grand Allée, and marvel at the beauty of the historic mansion that is The Great House.  A permanent tent sits alongside The Great House, boasting sparkling chandeliers, offering a magical setting to enjoy dinner and dancing.

Erin and Alex’s wedding took place in the fall on an overcast day, but that didn’t affect how brightly this couple shined.
